- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes are pro-rated.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who can log into the system using their own credentials.
- Do credit checks cost extra?
- Credit bureau fees are billed at cost on top of your plan. You'll see each charge itemised in your invoice.
- Is the migration fee mandatory?
- No — you can self-onboard for free. The migration service is for agencies wanting their existing data imported by our team.
